I need your help.. and have a gift for you

 

My dear friend Michelle known to many as CraftyScraps has diabetes.  The complications of this disease is leading to more health problems. 
She has recently had many problems with alot of her organs.
September 16th she had a consultation with Drs. to
find out if she can be a candidate for a transplant. 
She needs a kidney & pancreas. 
First she will have to have a bypass surgery on both legs. 
Just want to help her out as much as we can (fuel to the Dr.s & misc items she may need.)

At the store, in the Charity section is a kit made just for Michelle - it is only $2.50 and all $$ collected will go to Michelle.

Please don’t think that $2.50 is a small ammount. Think of yourself as a single drop in the ocean - if any of them have found that is unnecessary the whole world would run out of water... Your support and hope is more important than you can ever think or feel. Don’t forget about it!
